Marking Aardman’s 50th anniversary, Inside Aardman: Wallace & Gromit and Friends takes visitors behind the scenes of some of the studio’s most beloved stop-motion animations. Marvel at over 150 objects on display, including never-before-seen models, sets, storyboards, sketches and props from Aardman’s archives, and meet beloved characters from their most popular shows and films such as Wallace & Gromit, Shaun the Sheep, Morph, Chicken Run and more.

The exhibition highlights the techniques, materials and skills that bring Aardman’s creations to life, tracing the animation process from initial ideas and storyboarding through model making, filming, production and post-production. Key items include early development concepts for Wallace & Gromit and many other pieces that span the studio’s entire career.
