Celebrating Britain’s most ambitious and thought-provoking contemporary artists.
Bradford hosts the Turner Prize for the first time, presenting this year's shortlisted artists: Nnena Kalu, Rene Matić, Mohammed Sami and Zadie Xa.
Kalu produces exuberant sculptural forms, Matić captures intimate gestures, Sami paints haunting, memory-laden landscapes, and Xa creates immersive environments blending sound, colour and textiles. Their works span personal and political concerns, exploring identity, history and belonging. Together, the artists represent some of the pioneering developments in contemporary British art.
Visitors can engage with challenging, inspiring perspectives that spark debate, provoke reflection and celebrate the range of ideas shaping the present and future of contemporary practice.
