See behind the persona of this world-famous artist.
Andy Warhol is one of the most famous artists in the world. But this intimate exhibition curated by Jean Wainwright offers a fresh perspective, revealing the private man behind the public persona.
Set within the domestic spaces of Newlands House Gallery, a Grade II-listed 18th-century townhouse, the show presents an evocative collection of drawings, prints, photographs, films, recordings and archival materials that chart Warhol’s creative evolution. Highlights include early drawings, iconic screenprints and rare photographs by contemporaries. The exhibition also features an intimate film of Warhol’s mother, offering a glimpse of his personal world.
