20 Years of UK Black Pride
Celebrate the 20th anniversary of the founding of UK Black Pride.
Learn about UK Black Pride, an annual event for LGBTQ+ people of colour where diverse sexualities, gender identities and cultures are celebrated. Founded in 2005 by Phyll Opoku-Gyimah (AKA Lady Phyll), the joyful event has transformed into the biggest celebration of Global Majority LGBTQ+ people in the world.
Co-curated with Lady Phyll, this exhibition chronicles the evolution of this joyful and inclusive movement that has become a safe space for its diverse community and its allies.
