Join us for a fun evening of life drawing with 2B Or Not 2B Collective at the beautiful, historic Leighton House where you can approach drawing and appreciate the human figure in an informal, relaxed setting.
This class is dedicated to the study of Classical Drapery, inspired by Frederic Leighton’s obsession with how fabric reveals and conceals the human form, as he spent days meticulously arranging fabric before a single brushstroke touched the canvas.
Working in the soft, directional light of his studio, we will explore the weight, tension, and fluid rhythm of textiles. This class is a rare opportunity to move beyond the figure and master the interplay between skin, shadow, and the intricate architecture of cloth.

Meet The 2B Or Not 2B Collective
2B Or Not 2B Collective are a POC-run life drawing group based in London, focused on uplifting marginalised bodies. The aim of the Collective is to provide a fresh take on what life drawing can be, accessible to all, an opportunity to switch off from the world, practise drawing, and socialise within an informal environment.
