Join us at Elizabeth Gaskell’s House this February half-term for some creative family fun.
Calling all budding writers and interior designers!
We have created two brand new trails so all the family can explore the House by collecting colours and objects from the Victorian Morning Room to the Bedroom.
At the end the trail head down to the Servant’s Hall to write a story using the words you found, or design your perfect writing room with the colours you collected.
Whilst you’re there, stop by our Tea Room to enjoy a hot chocolate brimming with cream and marshmallows!
Dressing-up for all ages can be found throughout the House, getting into character is very much recommended!
