Learn the basics of pruning your fruit trees then get some practical experience using the Norton Priory orchards

Learn the basics of pruning your fruit trees then get some practical experience using the Norton Priory Museum & Gardens orchards, with guidance and advice from an expert tutor. The session will be led by Katie Tonge from Heathfield Orchards, who is an expert in orchard management and Norton Priory's "fruit librarian." She maintains the orchards at Norton Priory and has been responsible for the planting of the new Oldfield Orchard.

All equipment will be provided, however we recommend wearing sensible clothing for working outdoors and bring gloves.
