Celebrate the festive season at MEAA!

Celebrate the festive season at MEAA with delicious East Asian–inspired pastries, traditional English winter treats, and a hands-on winter-themed origami session for all ages!

Sugarcane Studios, a local Bath favourite, have joined us to celebrate the festive season with some winter inspired sweet treats! Sample some delicate macarons, and some special taro red bean puffs made especially for the event!

Sugarcane Studio is Bath’s destination for exquisite East Asian–inspired French patisserie. Indulge in handcrafted pastries, premium matcha and hojicha imported from Japan, and fine teas from Taiwan. Blending artistry and flavour, we bring a modern, cultural twist to the traditional café experience — where every creation celebrates craftsmanship, taste, and the joy of discovery.

We will also have some traditional English winter treats. Mulled apple juice and mince pies will be joining the delicious offerings from Sugarcane Studio.

Along with your treats, join in with our winter themed origami session! Create Christmas trees, shape snowflakes, and fold festive ornaments. Get ready for the festive season and make beautiful handmade cards, gifts, and decorations with this ancient Japanese art form.
