This special event offers a unique opportunity to hear from artist Morven Stewart as she shares her creative journey, artistic process and the stories behind her art.
Morven’s work is deeply rooted in her experiences of wild places. She wanders through the landscape, immersing herself in her surroundings as she collects imprints of the environment in her sketchbooks. With wild camping a key part of her practice, she works only with what she can carry – oils for dreich days by windswept shores and watercolours for those rare, glorious hours of sunshine.
This is your chance to meet the artist, hear about the inspiration behind her work and ask any questions you might have in an engaging and relaxed setting.
Doors will open at 6pm for access to our Perthshire Illustrated exhibition, featuring Morven’s work, ahead of her talk and Q&A from 6:30pm – 7:30pm.
Recommended age 14+.
