Join us for an intimate event with Doctor Who actor Sylvester McCoy. Sylvester played the 7th Doctor and was the last Doctor of the classic series in the late 1980s. He has also reprised the role on television a number of times since its regeneration in 2005, and has starred in over 100 Big Finish audio plays as the Doctor.
Sylvester is also known for his appearances in The Hobbit films, where he portrayed the wizard Radagast. He worked with Sir Laurence Olivier in Dracula (1979), appeared in TISWAS and other children's classics such as Eureka and Vision On, made numerous stage appearances from Fringe theatre, such as The Ken Campbell Roadshow, and played a memorable Pied Piper for the National Theatre!
Sylvester will be in conversation with Marcus Hearn (Doctor Who magazine) talking about his memories of starring in Doctor Who. There will also be an audience Q&A. Following this, there will be a chance to purchase signed photographs.
Tickets for this event are very limited, so booking is strongly recommended to avoid disappointment.
