Join us for a family-friendly exploration of Greek and Roman medicine: discover how ancient physicians diagnosed illnesses, what remedies they prescribed, and how gods like Asclepius played a role in healing. Put on your ancient doctor's hat and get hands-on with ancient medicine in our interactive activities, medical museum trail and crafty cure-making. We're bring ancient healthcare back to life.

Summer Temperatures
Our glass-roofed gallery can get very warm in the summer months. We recommend bringing water if the weather is forecast to be warm and sunny.
Accessibility
The Cast Gallery is on the first floor.
We provide step-free access via our lift. To use the lift please ask at the reception on the ground floor of the Faculty of Classics.
This event is primarily seated. The family trail involves standing, but we can move chairs around the gallery.
