After last year’s sell-out success, Men’s Reset Day returns in partnership with Action for Happiness, Sol Haven and Space Wellbeing. Together, they bring expert-led activities designed to help you recharge, reset, and take control of your well-being. This full-day experience provides practical tools to support your mental and physical health long after the event is over.

You’ll hear from down-to-earth speakers with lived experience, get stuck into group activities (like the chance to try a sound bath and ice baths), and take time to breathe with guided walks and practical tools to move forward with purpose.
