Join local legend, Sue Lea on this guided walk of Stockport
Sue will share her vast knowledge of the people and places linked to the hat trade once sustained the town.
Engineers, hat box makers, hat block makers, Plankers, Finishers and Trimmers worked in factories all over the town and Sue will show you some of what remains of this fascinating past!

Walk is approximately 3.5 miles
Route includes some inclines and uneven pavements.
Young people aged 12yrs and over are welcome to attend with an adult.
Prepare for ALL weather conditions, the walk will go on unless the weather makes going ahead unsafe
