Crochet workshop for beginners and those with some experience. Learn how to make granny squares and make throws, and more!
A beginner's workshop lead by, Sally Roberson, educated at the Royal School of Needlework and an experienced teacher, to learn how to crochet granny squares. Learn the basics of how to hold a crochet hook and thread (even for left handers!), how to work a single chain, and double and triple crochet, how to work in rounds to form a granny square, how to work them together to make rugs, blankets, throws, and more!
Participants will be provided with all necessary materials including: a 4mm metal crochet hook, enough yarn to practice making 10 cm granny squares, and a choice of yarn in different colour ranges to make a cushion cover.
Tea and coffee to be served, and break mid-way through will be provided. Participants must be over the age of 16.
