Learn about six different herbs and their uses and make a mini herb garden to take away.
John Wesley wrote a book about natural remedies called 'Primitive Physick'. It was an 18th century bestseller!
In these workshops, children can touch and smell six different kitchen herbs, learn about their uses and how they were used to treat a range of ailments.
Each child will be able to make their own herb garden, planting seeds in a pot to take away and grow at home, complete with personally designed name label.
Suitable for primary school aged children
