Artist-led tour of 2024 exhibition 'Making the Rounds'
Join artist Connie Flynn and curator Rachel Kidd for this intimate tour around the exhibition 'Making the Rounds: stories of workhouse nurses told in textiles.'
The tour will focus on the new textile artworks created in response to research about workhouse nurses. Take a close-up look at the art works and find out about the artist’s practice, techniques and inspiration, followed by a relaxed Q&A - lasting approximately 1hr in total.
Attendees are welcome to stay on site after the tour finishes until the site itself closes at 5pm.
