Don’t miss this unique opportunity to hold history in your hands, join talks with prominent mudlarks and hear the stories behind ancient artefacts and extraordinary finds from the River Thames. With talks and panel discussions from famed mudlarks, virtual mudlarking machines and family trails there’s something for everyone from the curious little ones to the expert mudlarking enthusiasts. Highlights include a panel discussion on the potential impact of past, present and future mudlarking and a lecture on Docklands history with object handling and fascinating maritime artefacts.

Exclusions and safety measures
The safety measures n place include the option to book a free ticket in advance to manage capacity, and free-standing hand sanitiser stations at key touch points and entrances. Screens will remain in place at welcome desks, till points and food services, and there will be a continued enhanced cleaning regime throughout all our galleries.
