Take part in hands-on activities and ceramics workshops to celebrate Earth Day and make a pledge for nature.
Celebrate Earth Day at the Museum of Zoology. See our new installation ‘Helping Nature Help Us’ created by pupils from the Grove Primary in Cambridge, Lionel Walden Primary in Doddington and Nelson Academy in Downham Market working with ceramics artist Louise Beale.
Make your own animal sculpture with Louise in workshops taking place throughout the day, discover local wildlife with hands on activities throughout the Museum, and make your pledge for nature.
Be part of The Wild Escape, a nationwide celebration of UK nature inspired by the wildlife found in museum and galleries. The Wild Escape is made possible with support from Arts Council England’s National Lottery Project Grants, with additional support from Bloomberg Philanthropies, Kusuma Trust, Foyle Foundation and a group of generous individuals and trusts.
