The Wild Escape Sculpture Trail

Kiplin Hall and Gardens, Richmond
3 February - 5 November 2023
10am - 5pm
Included in general admission

Explore all that creeps, crawls, slithers, swims, flaps and frolics at Kiplin Hall. Inspired by biodiversity in the Yorkshire Carver, Shane Green creates wooden sculptures using his chainsaw.

This outdoor trail invites you to explore the lakeside paths at Kiplin. Today the lake and surrounding area are a haven for wildlife, the complex eco systems supporting predators and prey alike.

Set to the backdrop of the historic hall, this trail highlights our connectivity with nature and the importance of the environment here in this corner of North Yorkshire.

(Please note we close at 4pm in February).

Be part of The Wild Escape, a nationwide celebration of UK nature inspired by the wildlife found in museum and galleries.
