Our workshops at the Museum help you explore Richmond's history, get creative and spend some quality time together as a family.
Tuesday 29 October to Friday 1 November, 10am to 12noon Spooky Stained Glass
Discover the stories of the Ghosts that haunt the remains of Richmond Palace…
Join us on a ghost walk around the Palace’s remains, then head back to the Museum to create spooky stained glass, inspired by the Tudor stained glass we have from the Palace.
Our workshops at the Museum help you explore Richmond's history, get creative and spend some quality time together as a family.
Workshops are £6 per child, adults are FREE (You can also book FREE places for children not doing the craft, like under 5s who may not be quite ready for it yet!)
All of our workshops are led by our Museum Expert, Vicky, who has over 15 years of experience of working with families in museums and has an Enhanced DBS check.
Workshops are aimed at children aged 5-11 years old, who must be accompanied by an adult at all times. For children aged 11 and over, we can make the activities more challenging for them.
If under 5s are coming to the workshop at the Museum and not taking part in the main craft activity, we can provide colouring materials for them free of charge.
When booking for the workshops at the Museum, please book places for adults and under 5s, as this lets us know how many chairs we need to put out for the workshop.
