Sheringham Museum
With a National Art Pass you get
Sheringham Museum truly is 'a place of people and boats'.
Discover the story of how the railway changed Sheringham forever. The collection includes lifeboats, fishing boats, a gallery about Sheringham's social history, an art gallery and a gallery space where displays are regularly changed to showcase local artists as well as the best of the collection. The museum also boasts its own viewing tower with stunning views of the North Sea and the town.
The Museum is currently in the process of developing a new education and exhibition centre on an area of unused flat roof. This should not affect opening times but may result in some areas of the museum being closed. Visitors are advised to check in advance of their visit for further details.
