Larne Museum and Arts Centre is temporarily closed until further notice. Please check the venue's website for the latest details.
The museum is housed in the former Carnegie Free Library which opened its doors to the public in 1906.
The historic building, beautifully restored and renovated, retains many of its original features. The main gallery is home to permanent displays reflecting the agricultural, industrial, military and maritime history of the area, while the museum also hosts a variety of temporary exhibitions throughout the year.
