Goole Museum explores the history of the East Yorkshire port town with ship models, local exhibits, and even a recreated hair salon.

The collections include builders' models of vessels built in Goole, or which sailed from the town; historic photographs of the port, town and hinterland; and a significant number of paintings by local ship portraitist Reuben Chappell, as well as work by other Pierhead Painters.
