This beautifully restored Tudor Manor House is one of the finest of its kind in Cheshire.

Visitors to Bramall Hall gain glimpses into its fascinating history – beautiful Tudor rooms with spectacular plaster ceilings, a wonderful 16th-century embroidered table carpet and wall paintings, plus fine examples of architecture, furniture and paintings from different periods.

The servants' quarters and Mary Nevill's boudoir give a unique insight into the families and servants who have lived and worked at Bramall.

Temporarily closed - Opening 19 May

  • Visitors will need to purchase timed tickets online in advance of their visit.
  • Reduced capacity to ensure that social distancing is possibel and to keep visitor figures at a safe level.
  • Wearing a face covering is mandatory when inside the Hall, unless you are exempt due to a medical condition or age (under 11s).
  • A one-way route has been introduced around the museum and signage throughout is designed to keep visitors and staff safe.
  • Hand sanitising stations have been installed at the entry and exit of the museum.
  • Additional cleaning protocols have been introduced.
