Arbuthnot Museum

The permanent exhibition covers Peterhead's maritime history, including fishing, shipping and whaling, with displays showing fishing boat development, the coopering trade and boat-building.

The whaling displays show important early 19th-century Inuit artefacts, as well as one of the few polar bears in a British museum.
