Museum and gallery reopenings: the latest dates and news
As museums and galleries across the UK start to reopen, we’re keeping track of the latest dates and announcements so you can see what’s on where.
Museums, galleries and historic houses in the UK have been gradually reopening since 4 July 2020.
We’re regularly updating this list of upcoming reopening dates for museums in the National Art Pass network, so you can see what’s opening soon near you.
Please note that not all attractions may be open at some venues. Follow the links for full details.
Remember to check each venue’s safety guidelines before visiting. You can expect timed tickets, cashless payments and social distancing to be in use, as well as other safety measures.
If you’re not ready to visit yet, there are still lots of ways to connect with museums online. You can also sign up for our newsletter Art in your inbox and follow us on Instagram for more ways to engage with the art you love.
