A major new exhibition at the Freud Museum in London explores Sigmund Freud’s relationship to China, Chinese culture and the Chinese objects and books in his own collection.
The exhibition will explore Freud’s previously little-known Chinese collections and reveal new knowledge about Sigmund Freud’s connections to China. The show will display the Chinese objects within the Freud Museum's collection, and examine China’s relationship with psychoanalysis.
The exhibition will be accompanied by a fascinating and richly illustrated catalogue.A public programme will include a major interdisciplinary conference and a vibrant programme of talks and events.
