This exhibition has now closed, find out what else is going on at Chippenham Museum

In his first solo exhibition, Sam Heath depicts the everyday life of his local pub and its community in Chippenham.

Growing up in Chippenham and using its people and places as the starting point for many of his works, it is both appropriate and exciting that Chippenham Museum should be able to host Sam Heath’s first solo exhibition.

The display brings together examples of both his past and current practice, showcasing the evolution of Heath’s thought-provoking works, united and characterised by a sense of beauty.

Heath’s work provides moments of solemnity and contemplation, reminding us of the importance of the ordinary everyday in a rapidly changing world.
