Stegosaurus is one of the most iconic and recognisable dinosaurs, but until recently was one of the least understood. The first Stegosaurus fossils were found 175 years ago, but scientists have only recently unlocked some of this dinosaur’s secrets.

Come face-to-face with a complete Stegosaurus, and find the answers to some of the mysteries of its diet, intelligence and anatomy. Meet the other dinosaurs that lived with Stegosaurus, find out why it needed defensive spikes, and discover who ate whom!
