The John Moore's Painting Prize presents 67 artworks that showcase the best of British painting – judged by Michelle Williams Gamaker, Jennifer Higgie, Gu Wenda, Hurvin Anderson, and Alison Goldfrapp.

Bringing together artists from across the UK and at any stage of their career, the prize provides a platform for painters to inspire, disrupt and challenge the British art scene today.

Over a two-stage selection process, all entries were judged anonymously by a panel of judges, who selected a shortlist of 5 artworks by Robbie Bushe, Michele Fletcher, Steph Goodger, Stephen Lee and First Prize winner Kathryn Maple with her work The Common.

The judges also selected Kiki Xeubing Wang as the Emerging Artist Prize winner, sponsored by Windsor and Newton.
