Many museums and galleries are reopening with safety measures in place. Please remember to check each venue's guidelines before visiting.

Are you’re aged 11-18 and live in Greater Manchester? Then you can apply for the Children of the Revolution Art Prize. Finalists will have their artwork on display at the Weavers Factory gallery in August 2020 and the prize is free to enter. You can submit paintings, drawings, photographs, sculpture, banners, posters, placards or video. You don’t have to be a great artist but you must have something to say - show us what matters to you.

Sales All artwork must be available for sale at a fixed price of £75. In line with all our other exhibitions, artists receive 67% commission (£50) and the gallery receive 33% commission (£25).

Labelling All work must be clearly labelled with the artist’s name and artwork title securely attached to the rear.

Hanging All 2D artwork must be framed and ready to hang. We use a traditional picture rail system so your work must have wire or string fixed to the back. 3D or sculptural work must be able to stand independently and video must be in MP4 format.

Schools We welcome artwork from both individual artists and schools. If your work is part of a school project please include your school and teacher’s name in your submission email

Age Group You must be aged between 11 and 18 years old on Monday 15th June, 2020 and live in Greater Manchester. We will be planning art prizes for younger and older age groups at a later date.
