With works selected from over 1,000 submissions, this show represents the very best from UK art schools, offering an insight into a new generation of creativity

Along with experiments in language and human behaviour, the global economic crisis permeates as a central concern for the promising newcomers featured in Bloomberg New Contemporaries.

Melissa Kime’s surreal painting Technicolour Joseph and the Amazing City Bankers (2013) marries religious allegory and corporate greed, whilst Alice Hartley’s giant floor-to-ceiling print communicates collective outrage and disappointment through scrawled text over violent bursts of colour.
