An exhibition of paintings by the artist Sean Scully, known for his geometric patterns in muted colours that resonate with atmosphere and light.

The Dublin-born painter Sean Scully is known for making the most out of the modest stripe. He concocts mazes from vertical and horizontal bars of colour in a composite of dusty greys, greens and ochres, colours that reflect the hazy horizons of the cities he lived in and their surrounding countryside. This exhibition features a series of triptychs inspired by his Catholic background.
