This show devoted to Francis Campbell Boileau Cadell is the first of a series of exhibitions at the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art devoted to the four Scottish Colourists.

Among the 70 paintings gathered together from public and private collections will be sophisticated Edinburgh New Town interiors, colourful still lifes and atmospheric landscapes of the west of Scotland and the south of France.
