The Dulwich Picture Gallery presents the first major Salavator Rosa exhibition in the UK since 1973.

The Dulwich Picture Gallery presents the first major Salavator Rosa exhibition in the UK since 1973. Salvator Rosa (1615-1673) was one of the boldest and most powerfully inventive artists and personalities of the Italian 17th century. This exhibition demonstrates the extraordinary skills of this 17th century painter as it brings to London many of his most impressive works. Entitled Salvator Rosa, Bandits, Wilderness and Magic, the show aims to convey his revolutionary style and the variety of his subject matter.
