Children’s writer Addy Farmer will use her book ‘Little Peat’ to jump into the history and stories of Crowle Moors. She’ll inspire children and their families to create their own moors monster story! This is a family workshop suitable for children aged 7-11.

Addy is an award-winning children’s writer. Her most recent book ‘Little Peat’ is rooted in the industry and landscape of Crowle and Hatfield moors near to where she lives. She is published with Walker and Random House and two of her picture books have been adapted for music and theatre. She runs interactive, creative workshops for children and families outdoors and in schools. She is now writing a picture book series called ‘Icky World’, in which she will be delving into the ecology of mud, slime, fungus and poo! Addy is represented by Darley Anderson Literary Agency.
