Crazy Lego!
6th August – 8th October
Following on from Marble Mania last year we are hosting another fun and family friendly temporary exhibition this summer. This year’s exhibition will feature mountains of Lego and Duplo that visitors can use to create buildings, animals, vehicles - anything that can be made from the standard bricks.
The Exhibition is totally FREE to attend but in order to manage the number of visitors creating a Lego masterpiece at any one time, we are asking visitors to book. If you call in and we have spaces then you will be able to just ‘drop in’, but as we anticipate that this will be a very popular exhibition, so please book via the museum website to avoid disappointment.
Tickets are available on our website.
Also on display will be a Lego model of a Roman Villa discovered in Eynesbury in the 1960s, which is being made especially for the exhibition by Lego master craftsman Mike Addis of Huntingdon. And if you need a rest from your Lego building labours, also part of the exhibition will be a 2D townscape around the walls of the gallery that you can add to with your own designs.
