Museums and galleries across the UK are subject to temporary closures. Those that remain open have safety measures in place, please remember to check venue guidelines before visiting.

Discover the ghostly happenings in the remains of Richmond Palace and make your own haunted palaces to help decorate your home this Halloween.

Combining an interactive talk and craft activities, our online workshops provide families with a hands-on experience where they learn more about the history of the local area and develop new skills.

Our workshops are led by our Learning Officer Vicky, who has over 15 years of experience working with families and holds an Enhanced DBS check.

Everything you need for the crafts will be posted to your home. Please provide your own basic bits like pencils and scissors, but we will send the rest!

Workshops are aimed at children aged 5-11. For children aged 11 and over, we can make the activities more challenging for them. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times, as they are family workshops to help adults and children try something new together.

Please note, workshop bookings close three working days before the event to ensure the resources you need have enough time to reach you in the post.
