Hear a spooky tale or two. Learn about the ancient origins of Halloween and craft your own creeptastic monster!

Happy Halloween!

Make your own monster, Jack-o-lantern, ghost, ghoul, or bat out of an array of crafty materials including:
Pom poms
Pipe cleaners
Googly eyes
Paper plates

Let your imagination run wild and we will clean up the crafting mess. This activity is best for ages 4+. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Parents encouraged to make a monster.

This event will take place Saturday 23 October and Saturday 30 October. We will be gathering in the Education Room at the museum to craft, hear about the ancient origins of Halloween, and hear a spooky tale or two from our storytellers.

Instructions and help can be included for those in need. Adult supervision for hot glue necessary.

After your afternoon of fun, you can buy an adult ticket (kids go free) to roam the museum.
