This event has now passed, find out what else is going on at RWA (Royal West of England Academy)

The aim of the workshop is to show how an artist can make a 3D world make sense in a 2D image.

Sean Julian has been a professional illustrator for over 20 years and during that time he has used perspective to make his compositions more dynamic, and the worlds he creates feel like a place you could visit.

In the morning you will practice the technical side of perspective by drawing from still life. In the afternoon you will create a woodland scene, exploring how a sense of perspective can be achieved by using tone.

Suitable for beginners.
