Learn how weather used to be recorded at the King’s Observatory. Make your own mini ‘weather station’ to carry out your own observations!

Combining an interactive talk and craft activities, our online workshops provide families with a hands on experience where they learn more about the history of the local area, develop new skills by having a go at arts and craft activities and spending quality time together.

Our workshops are led by our Learning Officer, Vicky, who has over fifteen years of experience of working with families and has an Enhanced DBS check.

Workshops are aimed at children aged 5-11 years old. For children aged 11 and over, we can make the activities more challenging. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
