Perhaps you or your child is a budding photographer, maybe your teen wants to up their social media game, or you just want to learn how to capture those special moments...

Explore a new hobby in Chawton House's beautiful grounds and get the most out of your camera with our in-house photographer Claire Lewis.

Don’t worry about what type of camera you have, it's all about enjoying the craft of capturing images. All you need to bring is a camera, whether it is a digital or analogue, smartphone or iPad. Whatever you have, Claire Lewis is here to help and guide you.

All levels are invited to join, tasks will be set for each level. From beginner to advanced, we have something for everybody.

This workshop is suitable for children aged 10+. Children must be accompanied by an adult for the entire workshop.

The workshop is based at the atmospheric Dyers Barn, located near the driveway to the House and will take place mostly outdoors in the beautiful setting of the Chawton House gardens so you can absorb the atmosphere and get up close to nature.
