Take some time to connect with your breath and body and enjoy a relaxed and reflective evening of yin yoga inspired by the Barber's collection.
Spring is a time for us to renew our bodies from winter slumber. In this practice you will slow down with longer-held poses and reflect on themes of change, adaptation and renewal drawn from artworks within the Barber’s collection.
Half an hour of close looking at artworks will be followed by a full hour of yoga practice.
This session will be hosted via Zoom, allowing participant feedback and discussion.
