Susan Bishop will talk about the challenges faced by ethical and sustainable fashion brands in a competitive market. She will present a case study of how one independent retailer has formed a collective to showcase local and national sustainable brands. Collaborations can strengthen the brand mission and develop and connect with new customer groups by providing experiences to engage customers in a retail context.
