Join food historian Sam Bilton for a masterclass in hot-cross bun making and historical insights into Easter dishes through the ages, including an Italian savoury Easter pie and a sticky fig cake.

The three-hour session takes place within the kitchens at the Garden Museum, which is home to the tomb of plant hunter John Tradescant.

Open to all levels of skills and interests; suitable for those 16 and over.
