In this unique afternoon event Jeremy Neville will talk about Fanny Mendelssohn, a German composer and pianist who composed over 460 pieces of music. Following this will be a rare opportunity to hear one of her 'forgotten' pieces', the Hensel quartet, performed by musicians from The Nall Ensemble. The afternoon will conclude with a performance of the spectacular Schubert Octet.
