Debbie Moran is a local printmaker and workshop facilitator. She was educated at The Berkshire College of Art & Design and Goldsmiths’ College. After working as a graphic designer in publishing for many years, she changed direction, but, in recent years, has come back to printmaking, particularly linocutting and screen printing. The flexibility of these forms of printmaking appeal to her graphic design background. Working with mono print screen-printing, particularly, has kindled a new desire to explore colour and form in paint. Currently, Debbie is studying abstract art at Morley College, London.
