Get hands on and inky with a selection of antique wood type collection (dating back to the 1890s) and print your own unique poster using a fully restored 1950s George Pallister proofing press.
This jam-packed one-day workshop will show you how to set up printing presses, how to get the best possible print, learn different inking techniques and the history of Letterpress. By the end of the workshop, you will have created your own poster print to take away.

Tom Boulton, aka TYPETOM.COM, trained as a typographic designer and is now a self-taught letterpress artist, designer and printer. With over ten years’ experience Tom has been commissioned by the likes of Tate Modern, Fortnum and Mason, Southbank Centre and The Design Museum. He has been included in the London Design Festival twice and has been featured in publications such as Creative Review, The Telegraph and Country Living and is a D&AD award winning designer and printer.
