Granted a Royal Charter by Henry VIII in 1514, and initially tasked with preserving the safety of shipping on the Thames and tending to the education and wellbeing of seafarers, today Trinity House is the General Lighthouse Authority for England, Wales, the Channel Islands and Gibraltar. This guided tour explores its headquarters, which contain many marine artefacts and paintings, and is situated in an elegant, Grade I-listed Georgian building, with five staterooms and views over the Tower of London.

This event has been organised by the London Fundraising Committee Volunteer Fundraising Committee to help raise money for the Art Fund.
