Anne Haworth will focus on the late Victorian period and the ways in which artistic influences from Japan affected syles of paintings by artists, including James McNeil Whistler and John Singer Sargent, as well as designs of jewellery, ceramics and other decorative arts. It will include Japanese displays at the international exhibitions of the period.

This event has been organised by the Surrey Fundraising Committee Volunteer Fundraising Committee to help raise money for the Art Fund.
